Choose from either of the 2 Garden Cottages or the 2 spacious Studio
Apartments, all located within the gardens.
All Clonmara accommodation is self contained and air conditioned,
with large spa bath bathrooms, hairdryers, remote control colour
TV with DVD's, gas pot belly stoves or gas log fires for heating,
ceiling fans, large towels, complimentary shower requisites, daily
room service, mini bars and an extra rollaway single bed or portacot
on request.
Clonmara accommodation is comfortably fitted out to ensure maximum
comfort with a choice of a well stocked continental breakfast basket
delivered the evening prior or a gourmet cooked breakfast service
delivered to you in your cottage.
Wireless Internet access is available throughout all Clonmara accommodation
and in the Clonmara Tearoom.
Don't forget that we also have off street parking for you.

Breakfast
Clonmara Garden Cottage and Studio Apartment accommodation includes
continental breakfast provisions in it's tariffs. The option of
our gourmet cooked breakfast can be served to your accommodation
and is also available in the on-site Clonmara Tearoom.
Our gourmet cooked breakfasts are designed to meet
the most demanding of appetites and will prepare you for the days
activities. The selection of cooked dishes, includes seasonal variations
such as; Poached whole kippers, traditional full English country
breakfasts, Poached eggs with Smoked salmon and capers resting on
a muffin....
Oh yes.... & did we mention that our eggs are particularly fresh.
Dining in options are available by prior arrangement.
Talk to us about options when making your booking.
With a little notice we can prepare and deliver dinner to you in
your cottage. Choose from a range of home made seasonal dishes -
perhaps a romantic champagne & chicken candle lit dinner, with
cheese and greens for desert.

Cherry
Plum Cottages Tariffs
The 2 Cherry Plum Cottages are set on a 4 acre property, separate
from Clonmara, but just 200m further along the road.
Arrondoon Cottage is a self contained, complete 2 bedroom circa
1862 little stone house. Cherry Plum Cottage sits beside Arrondoon,
but is completely separate and also self contained. Cherry Plum
Cottage is a lovely one room timber hideaway tucked in a corner
of the gardens. |

The two Cherry Plum Cottages are fitted with more traditional and
period furnishings and are private, peaceful and tastefully renovated,
including everything you need for a very comfortable and enjoyable
stay.
Pets and children are not allowed on the Cherry Plum property as it
is also a working Alpaca Stud farm and a small specialist lavender
farm.
Breakfast is not included in Cherry Plum Cottage
& Arrondoon, but baskets of continental provisions can be pre-ordered
when booking and delivered to your cottage ready for your arrival
if required. The guests of Cherry Plum Cottages are also invited to
consider enjoying delicious cooked breakfasts in the Clonmara Tearoom
as we are right next door and breakfast is available between 9am and
11am.
Guest registration and key collection for Cherry
Plum Cottages is at Clonmara. Please call in to the Clonmara Tearoom
if you arrive during Tearoom opening hours, or at the Clonmara Bed
and Breakfast reception if not.

Special
Packages at Clonmara Cottages
Throughout the year we offer a range of special value added
packages at Clonmara.
All are based on a two night stay, but most can be extended
or customised to suit your needs.
Packages are for accommodation at Clonmara and are not able
to be offered at either Cherry Plum Cottage or Arrondoon Cottage.
Except for the special Christmas package detailed below, we
are not able to offer any packages during the Christmas holiday
period, from December 20th thru to January 27th.
Packages may not be available on long weekends or during peak
periods, ie. Easter.

Christmas Package
very special two night package are available for the 24th and
25th December, 2012.
2 nights of accommodation in either a self contained Garden
Cottage or a Studio Apartment - spa bath bathrooms in all.
Complimentary drinks on arrival.
Two mornings of our gourmet breakfast service delivered to your
table by Santa himself.
A
full traditional Christmas Roast Dinner delivered to your dining
table on Christmas day,
this includes:
A platter of Prawns with tangy home made dressing.
Roast Turkey with stuffing and a home made wine & stock
based gravy, roast pumpkin, parsnips, potatoes and vegetables
of the day.
A bottle of red or chilled white wine.
Plum pudding with cream and brandy sauce, followed by Port and
chocolates.
We even provide the candle and bon bons with party hats.
* Please note that accommodation servicing on Xmas Day is limited

package designed to keep you and the four legged friend warm

| BOOKING
INFORMATION:
We require credit card details to confirm a booking. The booking
is then confirmed upon receipt of valid credit card details.
Minimum booking periods apply to Christmas, some long weekends
and Easter.
Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to
booking dates will charge the full amount of the first changed
or cancelled night to the credit card used to confirm the
booking. In the event of a non arrival, Clonmara will charge
the full amount of the total booking to the credit card quoted.
Please note that the Peak Christmas period, Port Fairy Folk
Festival weekend and our special packages are not able to
be cancelled once booked and the full amount of the booking
will be charged if the accommodation is not able to be relet
at the same rate as the original booking.
** Please note also that Clonmara packages are not available
in our Heritage Cottages: Cherry Plum, Arrondoon and Romantic.
CREDIT CARDS:
Credit cards we can accept are Visa and Mastercard.
We do have eftpos facilities, but no cash out facility.

All prices quoted include continental breakfast provisions
for 2 people at Clonmara.
Full cooked breakfasts delivered to your accommodation or
in the Clonmara Tearoom are available for selection at an
additional cost.
CHERRY PLUM COTTAGES:
All prices quoted are for accommodation without Breakfast
provisions or servicing.
Breakfast provisions are available for an additional charge,
& must be requested at time of booking.
CHECK IN:
All accommodation is available between 2.30pm and 6.30pm for
check in.
If arrival is anticipated to be later than 6.30pm please contact
us to make alternative check in arrangements.
Check out time is 10.15am on the day of departure, with the
exception of some of our special packages.
